How it works
Gravity SMS works with Make through standard webhooks — no custom connector needed.
Inbound SMS via webhook
Use Make's Custom Webhook module as your scenario trigger. Copy the webhook URL and set it as your app's webhook URL in Gravity SMS. Every inbound text triggers your scenario automatically.
Send SMS via API
Use Make's HTTP module to call the Gravity SMS API. Send a text from any of your RingCentral numbers with dynamic content from previous modules in your scenario.
Check delivery status
Use an HTTP GET request to poll the message status endpoint. Track whether your message was queued, sent, or failed.
Set up in 3 steps
Create an app in Gravity SMS
Sign in to your Gravity SMS dashboard and create a dedicated app (e.g. "Make"). Copy the API key.
Set up your scenario trigger
Create a new scenario with a Custom Webhook module as the trigger. Copy the webhook URL and paste it as your app's webhook URL in the Gravity SMS dashboard.
Build your workflow
Add modules to your scenario — process inbound SMS, send replies, log messages to a database, or connect to any of Make's 1,000+ app integrations.
